Session Formats
Workshops
SOCMA Week 2021 will include space for workshops. Submitted proposals for workshops should include 90 minutes of hands-on learning and teaching on the proposed topic for attendees to learn and obtain immediate takeaways for implementation.
SOCMA will provide a complimentary registration for the primary workshop presenter. Co-presenters must register at the additional attendee rate.
Breakout Sessions
Breakout sessions are designed to present the latest trends, insights and best practices. Topics should be timely and informational. Sales-oriented presentations will not be considered. Presentations are typically 50-minutes, including 10 minutes of Q&A or discussion. Breakout sessions run concurrently with other sessions.
SOCMA will provide a $100 discount on full conference registration for the primary presenter. Co-presenters must register at the additional attendee rate.
General Sessions
General sessions are designed to present the latest trends, insights and best practices. Topics should be timely and informational. Sales-oriented presentations will not be considered. Presentations are typically 50-minutes, including 10 minutes of Q&A or discussion. General sessions are presented to all attendees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted through October 1, 2021 and may be made to SOCMA at meetings@etchearte.com minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after October, 2021. Substitutions are permitted.
