    SOCMA ChemOps Training

SOCMA has designed a new tool for chemical manufacturing plants in need of superior operator training with interactive 3D animations of process equipment and self-guided assessment exercises.

Updated in 2021, ChemOps Training now includes:

    • Learner tracking capability through a Learning Management System
    • Multiple choice assessments
    • A fifth unit on Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) that includes:
      • Hazard Communication
      • Personal Protective Equipment
      • Lockout/Tagout
      • Confined Space Entry
      • Line Breaking
    • Material on hoses, chemical reactions, centrifuges and condensers
    • Interactive animations of various plant equipment

With process equipment animations embedded into each chapter, SOCMA’s ChemOps Training is a comprehensive operator training tool for guidance of systems, practices and processes.

The new is available through an annual subscription and is divided into five interactive learning units. The operator training program is the chemical manufacturer’s answer to in-person and remote learning and training.
